The best thing about Indian cuisine is that each state and place have their own version of your favourite dish. This is a brinjal dish cooked in the Kadapa style and surprisingly the taste is very similar to the Bangalore one.

Sweet paneer

Milk and lime don't go well they say. Milk and power cuts also don't go well. Too many power cuts in Bangalore these days and this is giving me so much paneer :)
