Chicken kebab and Kerala parota

When in the land of the sea farers done like them. I wish I was back on the sandy evening beaches of Kerala and be having this same meal. The parota in its numerous folds engulfed the curry like a sea swallows the waves of froth and becomes one it itself that you won't be able to differentiate.

The simplest and delicious taste of a curry is in the conundrum of earthly flavours mixed to perfection by the hand that made the first Britishers taste buds so kathakali.
