Egg fried rice

Funnily the real state of the food at home is what you can whip out at the simplest of recipes when you are hungry. This is the easiest recipe possible when you are left with little rice and a couple of eggs. The easiest recipe can be enhanced with a pinch of garam masala, fresh cut onions, chilli, strips of garlic, one Lasoon and pressed coriander. That makes it the healthiest tasty snack at the whims of a non vegetarian connoisseur.
