Cooling curry with spices

When you look at it you will feel it will cool you as the main ingredient is buttermilk but once you taste it and feel the tadka you will know it is nothing like it and has some amazing flavours lent by spices and yet gives you the cooling feeling. A must have at the South Indian restaurants.

Neeru dosa

In the South Indian recipes one of the most stunning piece of a dish is neeru dosa. Called so as the batter is almost thin as water and turns into a dosa so thin and soft and goes well with sambhar and coconut chutney.

Simple dish with a fancy name. Roti pe boti means a piece of mutton on bread. Let's see if I can refine it.

A piece of fine cooked rare meat on fresh rolled and baked soft tender butter bread served with a side dish of fresh cut salads garnished with mint coriander chutney.
