Hot pizza

Garlic bread

Noodles omelette
I am in love with the beautiful cold weather that is in Bangalore and I can't stop catching cold. I am like Jhonty Rhodes on a good day. I keep catching cold. Solution is this warm hot boiled omelette on the top of hot soupy chicken noodles. Ya the same one Kajol promotes. I must confess they make for a good soup.

Paya soup
If you are a fan if non vegetarian food and have been in the Hyderabadi restaurants or the best dhabas on the street, you would know the real taste of the famous Paya. Paya is the soup of the leg. It's more of a stew than a soup. A good solution for the common cold, fever and body pains this is a poor farmers solution this is so good. I am flattered that this was available in Bangalore. It is indeed a luxury.

Vada time
There is an island I love that is the one with the authentic Tamil Nadu sambhar and the steaming hot idly and vada. The mystery I can't understand is how can my hand burn from the sambhar while my tougher does a Houdini!? Strange isn't it. The simple dish is healthy and yet romantic to the taste that trickles your mouth and slowly but steadily nourishes you for the first half of the day.

Working from office
Ya. Usually I am on the field. Today I had come to work and am working seriously. Then my office colleague brings this tea taps on my shoulder and gestures to have it. They are shocked that I am working from office what to do? I am not to blame. I got to blame the stupid Vodafone connection that promised 3G but gave me a silly 256kbps speed at home.

Egg fried rice
Funnily the real state of the food at home is what you can whip out at the simplest of recipes when you are hungry. This is the easiest recipe possible when you are left with little rice and a couple of eggs. The easiest recipe can be enhanced with a pinch of garam masala, fresh cut onions, chilli, strips of garlic, one Lasoon and pressed coriander. That makes it the healthiest tasty snack at the whims of a non vegetarian connoisseur.

Apple peach tart
In the most complex of situations you will find solace in the simplest solutions. Let me explain. The apple tart is one of the most commonly available desserts that can stay for sometime and fill up people's taste buds with ample taste as well as health.
This simple dish is quite tough to make. I liked this boat shaped cut and the decorative position of baby peach on the too with its leaves intact wonderful. Life is a journey and as you know I love boats and this is simply awesome.

Indiblogger meet 2015
I am at the Indiblogger meet, the first one at that, in 2015 and what a spread they have. Met some oft fellow bloggers and wow it was amazing experience. Mughalai paan with a black current twist
In the hurry to complete his quota of making paans this guy had store them in an ice box. I mean quite literally that it is frozen. Not the pleasant styles frozen like the movie but just like the stone cold icy grip of death that is hurtful frozen. Have it like that he says and I chomp on it and viola. My teeth are invincible and dead. I like the sweet ness in the paan with the special black current twist though. It is amazing. I would have preferred to have it fresh but the guy has no time at all. He is too busy fishing out several if those paans from the death freezer.

Working lunch
I am at work since morning. A couple of important projects need my attention and I am stumped at the time it is taking to complete them. Too much of typing and laborious tasks they turn out to be.
