Since I am set out in the path of getting healthy, this is being forcefully consumed. I love the simple taste and the fluffy nature of this fresh cooked bread but the effort behind it is really high. I think it involves about 2 HRA preparation of soaking boiling and then making the rotis. Very healthy and nutritious food though. You must try. Make sure you have some nice spicy chicken or mutton gravy with it. Blows your kind.
