Masala papad
A traditional delicacy snack usually had to compensate the delay in serving the food.
Recipe:
Take a papad
Add some veggies like tomatoes, carrot scrapes, onions, lemon and mint leaves.
Add a tad bit of salt, red chilli powder and you are ready.
