What makes me go gaga over the chef's skills is the effortlessness they exhibit when we order over the counter fresh food at the good restaurants. These people work hard and long. It isn't everyday that you encounter someone who would be willing to work overtime with a long queue of hungry patrons ordering dollops of food.
At their amazingly patient demeanour we were quite welcome when delayed and boy they do whip up some good good food. These guys were more than willing to feed is extra paratas chapatis and the pooris. Freshly our I the hot oil pan this is amazingly soft yet golden brown. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Taj Vivanta.
